Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators who want to run a stronger, more profitable operation within its closed terminal network. Drivers earn lucrative pay, with a base of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week and up to $250,000 gross per year.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid within the first year, with 99% no-touch, drop & hook freight and 2–3 weeks out on the road typical for solo operators.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.
