Job summary

Alfa Freight invites serious owner-operators to join as independent contractors to grow with the team. You can operate under our authority or your own, and new MCs are welcome. Earn weekly gross ranging from $6,000 to $8,000 with no factoring fees and no forced dispatch.

The role covers OTR loads across 48 states with 24/7 safety & ELD support, bi-weekly home time, and a straightforward 2-day hiring process on-site.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• Truck no older than 2015.
• 24' or 26' box truck.
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate under Alfa Freight’s authority or under your own authority.
• Haul general freight across 48 states as an owner-operator.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards while delivering freight.
