Job summary

Alfa Freight invites serious owner-operators to partner and grow as a team. Independent contractor positions welcome, with new MCs eligible.

We offer a fuel card program (30cpg), sign-on bonuses, clean DOT inspection bonuses, and a 2-day on-site hiring/orientation process. Weekly gross earnings range $6,000–$8,000 (solo), with 24/7 safety and ELD support.

Qualifications

• Must own a compatible truck and have verifiable OTR experience.
• OTA: Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Alfa Freight as an independent contractor or under your own authority.
• Operate under our authority or under yours as an owner-operator.
• OTR freight covering 48 states with mostly no-touch freight.
