Job summary

Alfa Freight invites serious owner-operators to join as independent contractors. You may operate under our authority or yours, with OTR loads across 48 states and no forced dispatch. Our offer includes a fuel card program, sign-on bonus, and ongoing safety support.

Expect weekly gross of $6,000–$8,000 (solo), no factoring fees, bi-weekly home time, and on-site orientation within a 2-day hiring process. We haul general freight with competitive rates and 24/7 ELD safety support.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• 24' or 26' box truck required.
• Truck no older than 2015.
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years.
