Job summary

Alfa Freight Inc is seeking serious owner-operators to join as independent contractors and grow with the team. You can operate under Alfa's authority or under your own, with new MCs welcome and a fuel card program.

The offer includes a sign-on bonus, DOT inspection bonuses, and a fast 2-day hiring/orientation on-site. Weekly gross ranges from $6,000 to $8,000 for solo work, with OTR loads across 48 states and no factoring fees or forced dispatch.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• 24' or 26' box truck required.
• Truck no older than 2015.
• No SAP / no more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor under Alfa Freight's authority or under your own.
• Haul general freight, OTR across 48 states.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT requirements.
