Alfa Freight offers an independent contractor position for owner-operators to join and grow as a team. You can operate under our authority or yours, with new MCs welcomed to apply. The program includes a fuel card, sign-on bonus, and various incentives.

Highlights include weekly gross earnings of $6,000–$8,000 (solo), no factoring fees, no forced dispatch, and OTR loads across 48 states. Safe, 24/7 support and bi-weekly home time accompany general freight with mostly no-touch pickups.

Requirements:

• 24' or 26' box truck
• Truck no older than 2015
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years
