Job summary

Alfa Freight is seeking serious owner-operators to partner and grow as a team. This independent contractor position can operate under our authority or under yours, with new MCs welcome and a 2-day on-site hiring process.

Our offer includes weekly gross of $6,000–$8,000 (solo), no factoring fees, no forced dispatch, OTR loads across 48 states, and bi-weekly home time. Requirements: 24' or 26' box truck, 2015 or newer, no SAP and no more than one moving violation in two years, and at least six
