Job summary

Alfa Freight is seeking serious owner-operators as independent contractors to grow with the team. You may work under our authority or under yours, with new MC numbers welcome and a strong support system in place.

We offer a weekly gross range of $6,000–$8,000 (solo) with no factoring fees, no forced dispatch, and OTR loads across 48 states. Expect 2-day hiring, orientation on-site, and bi-weekly home time while enjoying consistent freight and safety support.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• Truck no older than 2015.
• No SAP / no more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years.
• 24' or 26' box truck.
