Job summary

Wyndham in Oceanside, CA is seeking an experienced Owner Onboarding Manager to lead the sales site Owner Onboarding Team and ensure compliant, high-quality onboarding and certification processes. You will partner with site leadership and the sales team to identify training opportunities, drive retention, and deliver effective post-sale service while coaching and developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent education and directly related experience.
• CA Real Estate License required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Ability to influence others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent assignments with efficiency.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Expert Contract Standards expertise preferred.
• T+L product knowledge expertise preferred.
• Ability to establish relationships with internal and external departments.
• Two years customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years leadership experience preferred.
• 1-2 years WVO sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years timeshare and/or real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage team to reflect Wyndham culture; coach, motivate and develop to achieve goals and rescission targets.
• Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and oversee payroll; ensure up-to-date courses.
• Develop and implement action plans via OKRs to maximize retention and compliant sales.
• Provide post-sale customer service for retention and compliance; deliver OE and Guest Service Scores.
• Partner with Director of Owner Onboarding and sales teams to create value-added initiatives.
