Job summary
Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Manager to lead the sales site Owner Onboarding Team, providing training, performance reviews, and development while partnering with site leadership to identify opportunities for compliance and retention based on direct observation, reporting and owner contact.
The role involves coordinating with the Director of Owner Onboarding, overseeing certification processes and presenting Owner Certification where needed to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education and related experience.
- CA Real Estate License required.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Leadership and coaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train and manage team to reflect Wyndham culture; coach, motivate and develop to reach goals (30%).
- Monitor team performance, payroll, and reviews; ensure courses up to date (30%).
- Develop and implement OKRs to maximize retention and compliant sales and presentation.
- Provide post-sale customer service for retention and compliance.
- Partner with Director of Owner Onboarding to create value-added initiatives.
