Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is helping a Seattle-based, employee-owned general contractor find a Senior Project Manager. This role leads complex commercial tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout, acting as the trusted, accountable leader clients rely on when stakes are high.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships, coordinate architects, engineers, and subs, and drive preconstruction planning with disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience focused on commercial tenant improvement.
• Proven track record delivering TI projects in occupied, fast paced environments.
• Deep understanding of Seattle area construction practices and subcontractor markets.
• Financial acumen. You know where every dollar goes and why.
• Leadership presence. Calm under pressure, direct without being loud.

Responsibilities

• Own high visibility commercial TI projects with authority and accountability
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships from day one
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams with precision
• Drive preconstruction planning, buyout, and execution with discipline
• Anticipate risk before it shows up on a cost report
• Represent the company with confidence, clarity, and credibility
