  • Support preconstruction, estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability review, and project planning
  • Manage subcontractor buyout, scope review, contract administration, and procurement strategy
  • Track project cost, forecast financial performance, and maintain accurate project reporting
  • Lead OAC meetings, subcontractor meetings, and internal project coordination meetings
  • Identify project risks early and develop practical solutions to keep work moving
  • Manage change events, pricing, documentation, approvals, and client communication
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business through clear communication and reliable execution
  • Oversee project closeout, punch list, final documentation, and turnover
  • For Senior Project Manager candidates, provide mentorship to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Managers as needed

  • Experience with occupied renovations, phased work, or fast-track schedules is strongly preferred

  • Equivalent commercial construction experience will be considered
  • Competitive base salary up to $165K, dependent on experience
  • Performance-based bonus potential

Ideal Fit

The ideal candidate is a client-facing commercial construction professional who understands that successful TI work requires urgency, precision, communication, and strong coordination. This person should be able to manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture, support the field without micromanaging, and protect client relationships while keeping projects financially and operationally on track.

For the Senior Project Manager level, the ideal candidate will also bring leadership maturity, the ability to mentor junior staff, and the confidence to manage larger client relationships or more complex project portfolios.
