Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting in Seattle seeks an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead tenant improvement and commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role emphasizes navigating occupied work environments, coordinating design and trade partners, and driving schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations across fast-moving TI projects.

Qualifications

• Commercial general contracting experience required.
• Strong tenant improvement / commercial interiors experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience with occupied renovations, phased work, or fast-track schedules is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial TI projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and owner communication.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead meetings and manage client relationships to ensure project success.
