Job summary

Samazon Staffing is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a 300+ unit, owner-operated community in Austin, TX. The role oversees day-to-day operations, budgeting, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities include setting rents, managing budgets and invoicing, supervising staff with the Regional Manager, and maintaining competitive knowledge. Onsite work and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with renovations.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a customer service focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to connect with long-term residents.
• Onsite/RealPage online system preferred; CRM or ARM certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage & operate the property within the financial guidelines.
• Oversee marketing, maintenance and retention strategies and communications.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee interviewing, onboarding, coaching and supervision of staff.
• Set rental rates, oversee collections and financial duties (budgeting, deposits, reporting, etc.).
• Approve & submit invoices from all service providers.
• Maintain knowledge of competition.
• Handle all escalated concerns.
• Walk property daily looking for maintenance and resident issues.
• Efficient & timely processing of all forms, reports and administrative info.
