Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an Owner Experience Process Lead to identify, investigate, and resolve complex owner issues. You will serve as a central coordinator, connecting teams, systems, and business partners to address immediate concerns and determine root causes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvement initiatives or continuous improvement efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Strong systems-thinking to connect issues to broader processes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation to build understanding across levels.
• Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Monitor escalated owner cases and workflows to identify delays and bottlenecks.
• Investigate complex owner issues using data and stakeholder input to determine root causes.
• Drive issue resolution by coordinating across functions and teams.
• Develop corrective action plans addressing immediate concerns and deficiencies.
• Analyze owner contacts and escalation trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to reduce friction and improve efficiency.
• Escalate risks as necessary to support timely outcomes.
• Provide concise updates to Polaris Leadership with recommendations and actions.
