Sundt Construction, a 100% employee-owned contractor, is seeking a Project Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations on large projects in this region. You will lead safety, schedule, cost control, and quality, coordinating with the Project Manager and subcontractors to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree is required.
• Experience supervising construction projects in similar facilities is required.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, cost control, scheduling and safety.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and supervises field and administrative project operations.
• Develops PMP elements: scope, procurement, safety, schedule, quality, and risk plans.
• Leads project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, profitable, and safe execution.
• Ensures work aligns with contract terms and maintains client satisfaction.
• Prepares CPM schedule updates and uses LEAN methods and weekly work plans.
• Conducts weekly coordination meetings and reports field status daily.
