Smart Build is seeking a Renovation Manager for multifamily renovations in the Greater Boston area. You will lead multiple rehab and CapEx projects, coordinating subcontractors, budgets, and schedules to deliver quality outcomes.

The role requires strong OSHA knowledge, organizational excellence, and a proven ability to drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Proven success in managing multifamily rehab and CapEx projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills; keep projects on track without micromanagement.
• Proficient with Excel, SmartSheets, and construction management tools.
• Strong network of reliable subcontractors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple rehab and capital improvement projects across client sites.
• Assist in budgets, scopes of work, and cost breakdowns.
• Organize and track inventory, materials, and deliveries across locations.
• Maintain OSHA and internal safety compliance procedures.
• Source, evaluate, and manage subcontractors across trades.
• Schedule and manage production timelines with subcontractors and property teams.
• Document progress with daily logs, photos, and milestone tracking.
