Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience in multifamily or renovation.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and regulations.

• Experience preparing bids, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Outstanding organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership to guide teams and stakeholders.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CCM or PMP are a plus.
• OSHA certification.
