K Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring accuracy in drawings, clear scopes, and effective subcontractor management. You will maintain budgets, schedules, and procurement while serving as the primary customer contact to deliver an exceptional experience on every project.

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets and schedules on construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Experience creating scopes of work and managing bidding.
• Knowledge of building codes and general construction processes.
• Experience with selections, procurement, and change orders.
• Strong customer service and expectation-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review drawings and confirm project details for accuracy and constructability.
• Develop clear scopes of work for subcontractors and vendors.
• Solicit, review, and manage subcontractor bids.
• Establish and maintain baseline project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate procurement, selections, materials, and project resources.
• Prepare, communicate, and track change orders.
• Monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for customers.
• Set and manage expectations throughout the construction process.
• Work toward an 8/10+ customer satisfaction rating on every project.
