Job summary

The Project Manager at Combined Selection Group Ltd will oversee day-to-day execution of assigned commercial construction projects in Arizona, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards while promoting safety culture.

You will mentor the project team, manage payments and change orders, review drawings, and communicate with owners through regular status updates, with a focus on risk management and project closeout.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years project manager experience preferred.
• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures while monitoring costs and profitability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain momentum.
• Process and manage subcontractor payments, change orders, and monthly cost reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for project owners, leading meetings and providing regular status updates.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, including superintendents and subcontractors.
• Review construction documents and specifications to ensure safety compliance.
• Manage project documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout activities.

The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution for their assigned project(s) including managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to quality standards. The Project Manager is also responsible for the oversight and support of the superintendent, as well as the promotion of company safety culture.

What you will accomplish
