The New Associate Program provides pre-licensing guidance, a 4-week joint-field training period, and a defined path from Associate to Managing Director, helping you build a lasting practice within WealthBridge's platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Life & Health license—guidance provided.

Responsibilities
