Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with self-motivation for a growth-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand financial objectives.
• Provide tailored advice across planning areas and build a personal client book.
• Obtain licenses and complete training as part of the Associate to Managing Director path.
• Own your income with uncapped commission and a 1099 contract.
