Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking driven, results-oriented career changers to join its Tucson regional team as Financial Advisor. You’ll build a personal client book while learning licensing steps and a defined career path from Associate to Managing Director.

You’ll operate on a 1099, commission-based model with no base salary, but receive full training, licensing guidance, and access to a broad advisor platform to support growth and long-term client relationships across Southern Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Must be able to obtain Arizona Life & Health license; we guide you through process.
• Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63/66 within 12 months.
• Successful background check and fingerprinting as required by regulators.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand financial objectives and provide tailored strategies.
• Develop and own a client book in Tucson and Southern Arizona.
• Coordinate with planning tools and design teams to implement life insurance, retirement, etc.
• Build relationships through active weekly accountability and production metrics.
