Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking driven career changers in Northern Arizona to join our advisor team. You will engage with families and professionals to tailor financial strategies across seven planning areas, with a clear path from Associate to Managing Director.

This is a 1099 independent-contractor role with no base salary, offering uncapped commissions and a structured training program, licensing guidance, and full book ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with self-motivation for a consistent, activity-driven practice.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Life & Health license — guidance provided through the process.
• Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63/66 within first 12 months; existing licenses a plus.
• Successful background check and fingerprinting as required by regulators.

Responsibilities

• Engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand financial objectives.
• Provide tailored advice across protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, and education funding.
• Implement life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, advisory accounts, and retirement plans.
• Build a book of business you own from day one with support from WealthBridge and network resources.
• Utilize planning tools and analytics, supported by Advanced Markets and other specialist networks.
