Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group seeks driven career changers in Tucson and Southern Arizona to join our regional team during its build phase. As a Financial Advisor you will work with families and business owners to align financial objectives across planning areas.

No prior financial-services experience required; we provide pre-licensing guidance, a 4-week training, and a defined Associate through Managing Director path. Compensation is commission-based (1099) with no base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with self-motivation for a consistent, activity-driven practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage families, business owners, and professionals to understand financial objectives across planning areas.
• Develop tailored strategies using life insurance, annuities, retirement plans, and advisory accounts.
• Build and own a client book from day one and grow production through activity and persistency.
