Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking driven professionals in Northern Arizona to join our team of financial advisors. You will engage with families and professionals to understand financial objectives and provide tailored advice across seven planning areas.

No prior financial-services experience is required; we offer pre-licensing guidance, a 4-week joint-field training program, and a defined career path from Associate through Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience welcome — no prior financial-services experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with the self-motivation for a consistent, activity-driven practice
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Life & Health license — we guide you through the process (typical timing is under 30 days)
• Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63/66 securities registrations within your first 12 months; existing licenses or financial-planning certifications are a plus
• Successful background check and fingerprinting as required by state insurance regulators and FINRA

Responsibilities

• Engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand financial objectives
• Provide tailored advice across the 7 planning areas: protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, education funding
• Implement life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, advisory accounts, and retirement plans
• Build and own a client book from day one
• Utilize advanced planning tools and analytics with a specialist network
• Join a defined career path from Associate through Managing Director
