Lemon-Mohler Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage client relationships, renewals, and policy changes on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. You will work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment and own your book of business.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Personal Lines, an active Property & Casualty license, and a willingness to pursue a CISR designation. In-office position with full-time hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CISR designation preferred (or willingness to pursue).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in-office, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals for designated accounts and process renewals/binders within specified timelines.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and new policy requests from clients.
• Review renewal accounts to identify additional coverage opportunities and cross-sell.
• Bind policies and endorsements; determine appropriate carrier placement.
• Process terminations, cancellations, and premium collection.
• Document all client and carrier communications in ImageRight.
• Support claims resolution with the claims team.
• Actively generate referrals and new business from existing client base.
