Job summary

Pyron Group, a Mississippi-based insurance agency, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support families with their personal insurance needs. You will help clients navigate coverage decisions, renewals, and everyday questions while delivering exceptional service.

New to insurance? We provide training and development opportunities, licensing support, and pathways to industry designations such as CISR and CIC as part of our professional growth program.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required
• Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with personal insurance clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other service requests
• Review accounts and identify opportunities to improve client protection
• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims support
• Work closely with Personal Risk Advisors and carrier partners to deliver excellent service
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records
• Support retention, account growth, and client satisfaction initiatives
