Job summary

Green LED Lighting Solutions (GLLS) is seeking a hands-on Product Owner to manage the full product line from concept to market. You will write specs, build pricing, and drive samples, reporting to the CEO in a lean, AI-enabled environment.

You will own catalog families (linear pixel, architectural, signage, entertainment), define a 12–24 month roadmap, and coordinate with reps, distributors, designers, and contract manufacturers to deliver reliable, market-driven products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product line management for physical products (LED lighting preferred).
• Knowledge of LED fundamentals: drivers, CCT/CRI, binning, thermal, IP/IK ratings.
• Experience with pricing models and margin analysis in Excel.
• Experience with ERP item/BOM data and CPQ/configurator tools (Business Central and Elfsquad).
• Clear technical writing in professional English and strong spoken English for calls with North American reps and designers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product line end to end: catalog, configuration, pricing, and roadmap.
• Develop 12–24 month roadmaps tied to rep/specifier demand, margin, and supply risk.
• Write product requirements (optical, electrical, mechanical, controls, certification) and manage development with internal teams and contract factories.
• Maintain CPQ configuration rules and keep item/BOM data clean in Business Central.
• Launch products with training, sales tools, and pricing for reps and distributors.
