Job summary

Green LED Lighting Solutions (GLLS) seeks a hands-on Product Line Manager to own the catalog and roadmap from concept to launch. You will write specs, build pricing, manage samples, and drive data quality in ERP and CPQ while coordinating with reps, designers, and factories.

You will report to the CEO in a lean, AI-augmented environment, with base salary offerings and full remote flexibility within the US or Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or product line management for physical products.
• LED or entertainment lighting experience preferred.
• Strong technical writing abilities.
• Pricing models and margin analysis experience.
• Experience with CPQ/ERP data (BC/Elfsquad a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own the product line end to end from concept to launch.
• Define specs, pricing, and roadmaps tied to demand and margin.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contract factories to develop parts.
• Manage configuration rules in CPQ and maintain data in ERP.
• Lead go-to-market with training, tools, and pricing for reps.
