Job summary

Green LED Lighting Solutions designs and manufactures custom LED systems for architectural, signage, entertainment, and pixel lighting projects across North America and the UK. You will own the product line end to end, writing specs, building pricing, and guiding samples from concept to launch.

Reporting to the CEO, you will coordinate with internal technologists and overseas contract factories in a lean, AI-enabled environment. This is a fully remote role from LATAM with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or product line management for physical products (LED lighting preferred).
• Experience with ERP item/BOM data and CPQ/configurator tools (Business Central and Elfsquad a plus).
• Strong technical writing in professional English and clear communication with NA reps and designers.
• Pricing models, cost roll-ups, and margin analysis in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the product line end to end: catalog, configuration rules, pricing, and roadmap.
• Develop a 12–24 month roadmap tied to demand, margin, and supply risk.
• Manage development with internal technologists and contract factories from concept to launch.
• Oversee certifications, cost tracking, landed cost, and country-of-origin exposure.
• Launch products with training, tools, and pricing for reps and distributors.
• Occasional travel to trade shows and factories.
