Partner Company designs and supplies LED lighting products for architectural, signage, entertainment, and pixel lighting applications. The role leads end-to-end product management in a lean, AI-enabled environment, overseeing roadmap, pricing, and hardware development from concept through launch.

The candidate will shape the catalog, build pricing models, and coordinate certifications and GTM efforts with sales and lighting professionals, collaborating with executives in a remote-ready setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience for physical products.
• Experience in LED lighting or related hardware.
• Understanding of LED fundamentals, lighting controls, and hardware manufacturing with overseas partners.

• Take end-to-end ownership of a diverse LED lighting product portfolio spanning architectural, signage, entertainment, and pixel lighting.
• Shape the product roadmap, define pricing strategies, and lead hardware development from requirements through launch.
• Work directly with executive leadership in a lean, AI-enabled environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the complete product catalog, evaluating performance and demand to maintain, consolidate, or retire products.
• Build pricing models, analyze costs and margins, and own configuration rules in CPQ and ERP systems.
• Coordinate certification, compliance, and go-to-market execution with sales teams and lighting professionals.

What We're Looking For:

• At least three years of product management experience for physical products, ideally in LED lighting or related hardware.
• Strong understanding of LED fundamentals, lighting controls, and hardware manufacturing with overseas partners.
• Proficiency in pricing, financial analysis, ERP/CPQ systems, and AI tools for daily workflows.
