Job summary

Enchanté Accessories is seeking a Senior Manager, Production & Sourcing to lead global production and sourcing for imported hard goods. You will own overseas factory relationships in China and India and manage an international team, driving on-time delivery, cost control, and scalable processes.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership in production/sourcing, strong cross-functional collaboration, and readiness to travel internationally several times per year to optimize supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive production and sourcing experience in imported hard goods.
• Directly managed overseas production/sourcing teams and relationships with factories abroad.
• Experience negotiating costs and terms with factories in China/India.
• Knowledge of global sourcing, production planning, costing, quality, and supply-chain processes.
• Experience building reporting, SOPs, and departmental processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead overseas production and sourcing team; set priorities, expectations, and accountability.
• Own relationships with overseas factories across China, India, and other regions.
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage factories based on cost, capacity, quality, and delivery.
• Negotiate product costs and terms; pursue cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee the production lifecycle from sourcing to delivery; manage timelines and risks.
• Develop reporting on production status, factory performance, and cost issues.
• Implement SOPs and scalable processes across production and sourcing.
• Travel internationally several times per year to meet with factories and teams.
