Job summary

Nakupuna Services LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead the DoWEA Pacific Region facility surveys and assessments across multiple locations, including Honolulu and other hubs. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, manage schedules, and ensure timely, compliant performance.

The role requires a PMP credential, extensive DoD contract experience, and willingness to travel OCONUS. Competitive compensation is aligned with market ranges and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Overseas DoD/federal IDIQ contract management experience.
• Ability to manage long-term cyclical schedules and urgent field demands.
• Strong leadership, communication, and logistics for OCONUS deployments.
• Familiarity with USACE Sustainment Management System (SMS) BUILDER and federal Real Property inventory requirements.
• PMP credential required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Contract Management: liaison with CO/COR and DoWEA, manage Contract Management Plan.
• Task Order Execution: oversee multi-year Task Orders and out-of-cycle orders with staffing justification.
• Team & Personnel Management: supervise engineers, architects, environmental SMEs; handle recruitment and performance.
• Project Planning & Scheduling: develop master deployment schedule 30 days before fieldwork and notify stakeholders.
• Quality & Deliverable Control: ensure data quality and populate into E-SMS within 90 days of site visits.
• Financial & Executive Reporting: report on IDIQ performance and cost execution to the MD.
