Job summary

Nakupuna Services is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the DoWEA Pacific Region Facility Surveys and Assessments program. The PM will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure schedule adherence, and deliver high-quality data across 45 campuses on 21 installations in Asia and the Pacific.

This role requires extensive international travel and strong contract oversight. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PM, a PMP credential, and proven ability to manage overseas DoD contracts, with a BS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facility Management, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience overseeing large-scale, multi-facility assessments.
PMP credential from PMI is required.
Experience managing overseas DoD or federal contracts of comparable scope.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary technical team across DoWEA Pacific Region facilities.
Oversee contract management, schedules, invoicing, and performance requirements.
Develop deployment schedules and ensure timely mobilization of personnel.
Implement internal quality controls for engineering, environmental, and data deliverables.
Provide executive-level reporting on IDIQ performance and financials.
