Nakupuna Companies seeks a full-time Project Manager to lead the DoWEA Pacific Region Facility Surveys and Assessments contract. The PM will oversee a multidisciplinary team across 45 campuses on 21 U.S.

military installations in Japan, Okinawa, South Korea and Guam, ensuring schedules, budgets and deliverables align with contract requirements. This senior role requires extensive overseas DoD program experience, PMP credential, and ability to travel internationally for deployments while

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, facility management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience overseeing large-scale, multi-facility condition assessments, engineering surveys, or real property data collection programs.
• At least 5 years managing overseas DoD or federal contracts of comparable scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead DoWEA Pacific Region facility surveys and assessments.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team across multiple locations.
• Manage contract operations, task orders, and budget.
• Develop deployment schedules and notify stakeholders.
• Ensure quality controls and timely reporting.
