Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facility Management, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Ten years of progressive project management experience overseeing large-scale, multi-facility assessments.
• Five years managing overseas DoD or federal contracts of comparable scope.
• PMI PMP credential is strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison with CO, COR, and DoWEA stakeholders; develop and execute the Contract Management Plan for a complex IDIQ.
• Manage concurrent Triennial and Out-of-Cycle Task Orders with justified staffing mixes.
• Oversee a diverse technical team (engineers, architects, environmental SMEs) and ensure staff meet contract qualifications.
• Develop and manage a master deployment schedule and issue deployment notifications three weeks prior to mobilization.
• Implement internal quality controls and ensure data is populated into the E-SMS within 90 days of site visits.
• Oversee IDIQ and Task Order performance and financial outcomes, reporting to the MD.
