Job summary

Acuity International seeks a seasoned security trainer to work with U.S. contractor teams and Local Nationals in overseas environments. You will conduct classroom and field training, mentor protective security personnel, and support DOS WPS III task orders in austere settings.

Responsibilities include coordinating with training entities, planning missions, supervising shift leads, and carrying out firearms re-qualifications. Travel overseas will be required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years as a security instructor.
• Minimum 1 year as a full-time firearms instructor in government training.
• Total 5+ years in protective security with related leadership experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and U.S. Passport with >6 months validity.
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
• Must pass pre-employment Physical Readiness Test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integration training for Local Nationals overseas.
• Lead and mentor protective security personnel on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate mission planning with TOC and RSO personnel.
• Oversee training and re-qualification for LN personnel.
• Perform day-to-day protective security functions as required.
