HFLW Brand in Walpole is looking for a Residential Supervisor Overnight to support youth aged 13-19 with trauma histories and developmental delays. The role involves staffing oversight and direct supervision of care staff.

Qualified candidates will have experience in human services, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The Home provides competitive salaries, health benefits, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid ID and the ability to pass a CORI/background check.
• Ability to be physically active for an 8-10 hour shift.
• MAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and manage direct care staff.
• Host team meetings and provide training for staff.
• Participate in verbal de-escalation and physical interventions with youth.
