Job summary
Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Mason, OH is seeking a Wellness Nurse for full-time overnight shifts (7pm–7am) with every other weekend. Qualifications
- Current nursing license and state registration (LPN or RN).
- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Three years’ experience in assessment and geriatric nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of state regulations, policies and procedures for compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordination of resident admission, screening and care needs.
- Ensure care delivered per resident care plans and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Coordinate care with outside providers and resident physicians.
- Document care provided and observe resident changes.
- Maintain working knowledge of state regulations and procedures.
