Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Overnight Wellness Nurse to support residents through ongoing clinical monitoring and coordination with nurses and medication staff. You will ensure care is delivered per care plans and administer medications as prescribed, collaborating with physicians as needed.

A nursing license (LPN/RN) and geriatric assessment experience are preferred, along with a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• State regulations, policies, and procedures knowledge for compliance.
• Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current nursing license (LPN or RN) and state registration.
• Three years of assessment and geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and compassion for Residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident admission processes including screening and assessment.
• Deliver care per resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate care with outside providers and resident physicians.
• Document care provided and monitor resident observations.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures.
