Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington's Clare’s Place provides 65 units of permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless households. The role requires evening/weekend availability, with 4pm-12am shifts; flexibility is needed at a 24/7 facility.

Starting pay is $25.96-$27.26 per hour (DOE) with differential pay for overnight, weekends, and solo shifts. Benefits include PTO accrual, a 2% longevity increase, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals displaying challenging behaviors.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Must pass required background clearances.
• Valid driver’s license/WA ID and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with residents in Clare’s Place.
• Coordinate and facilitate outside services with residents.
• Provide outreach to service-resistant residents to build trust.
• Initiate on-site recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain lobby operations: visitors, phones, and security.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Supervisor as needed.
• Document daily events in logs for shift overlap and handoff.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
