Job summary

iHireNursing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a 21-year-old female client in Douglasville, GA with IDD and a seizure disorder. This overnight and weekend homecare position requires independent clinical judgment and reliable transportation.

You will monitor overnight, observe seizures, administer morning medications, assist with ADLs and school preparation, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering homecare services to pediatric or young adult clients.
• Proficient in medication administration and seizure precautions.
• Strong communication with care team and ability to work independently in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Overnight monitoring and safety supervision.
• Seizure observation and prompt reporting/intervention per care plan.
• Morning medication administration.
• Assist client with morning ADLs and school preparation.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Communicate changes in condition to supervising RN and care team.
