Job summary

Catalent’s Winchester, KY site seeks a Warehouse Group Lead to manage processes and people, ensuring smooth material movement to and from production. You will guide team members, resolve issues quickly, and maintain audit readiness and efficiency across multiple warehouses.

This 100% onsite role operates Monday–Friday, 6 PM–3 AM, requiring leadership, a high school diploma, and manufacturing experience. You’ll partner with quality, operations, and HR to optimize staffing and safety while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Able to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, or reach for an extended period of time.
• Reading labels and machine documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Warehouse Shift Leads and Material Handlers.
• Monitor material readiness daily/weekly to meet production plan.
• Assist the Supervisor with daily allocation of people resources.
• Coordinate breaks, lunches, and PTO schedules to ensure coverage.
• Lead material movement to ensure production readiness and GMP compliance.
• Conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Engineering/Maintenance to resolve issues.
