Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to lead store warehouse operations in Monona, WI.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators and direct daily freight scheduling to meet customer and inventory needs. The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-departmental relationships effectively.
• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations; comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory control, maintenance.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and equipment; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure associates follow standard operating procedures and training compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Complete activity reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping/invoicing.
