Job summary

Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor – Overnight Shift to lead the graveyard operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You will manage the ABC cycle-count program using Epicor and supervise three warehouse staff, ensuring accuracy in receiving, kitting, storage, and shipping.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to AS9100, FAA, ITAR, and OSHA, and hands-on oversight of inventory control. Shift: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of warehouse and inventory-control experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Experience managing cycle counts and conducting inventory investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABC cycle-count program using the Epicor Cycle Count module.
• Assign and monitor daily counts based on ABC classifications.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate authorized adjustments.
• Oversee graveyard-shift receiving, storage, and shipping tasks.
• Ensure ERP transactions are accurate in Epicor.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to three staff.
