Optima Overnight seeks an experienced Warehouse Senior Supervisor to lead day and night shift operations, ensuring safe, efficient handling of inbound and outbound packages. The candidate will oversee sorting, inbound freight, linehaul coordination, and staff coaching, while maintaining compliance and clear communication across shifts in a dynamic warehouse

Qualifications

• 5+ years warehouse management experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety regulations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete sorting operations across day and night shifts
• Oversee inbound freight and internal linehauls between facilities
• Ensure OSHA compliance and staff certifications are current
• Manage forklift safety and equipment usage per regulations
• Conduct safety inspections and coach team to improve performance
• Optimize shift scheduling, labor planning, and workflow for efficiency
• Generate shift reports and drive operational performance
