Job summary

SI Utility LLC is seeking an Overnight Parts Coordinator to join our team. You will manage the flow of parts, tools, and materials from receiving through issuance and inventory control to keep manufacturing running smoothly.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting parts, issuing items to production, maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, moving materials with a forklift, and ensuring a safe, clean warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk up to 90% of the workday.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials.
• Issue parts, tools, and consumables to production and maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs; coordinate parts availability to support production schedules.
• Load, unload, stage, and store materials safely.
• Operate a forklift (up to 9,000 lb. capacity) per OSHA standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and storage area.
• Support document control and inventory traceability requirements.
