Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Overnight Shift to lead a three-person team in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You will manage the ABC cycle-count program, inventory control, and ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, ITAR, OSHA, and customer requirements.

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.; direct reports include three warehouse employees; responsibilities include receiving, kitting, storage, and shipping support with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five+ years in warehouse, inventory-control, materials-management, or logistics
• At least two years of supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Aerospace/defense or other highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience managing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting inventories or audits
• Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment; Epicor experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead ABC cycle-count program using Epicor Cycle Count module and manage count assignment and variance investigations
• Oversee receiving, kitting, storage, material movement, inventory control, and shipping support
• Provide daily direction to a three-person warehouse team and assign work based on priorities
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, ITAR, OSHA, customer requirements, and company procedures
• Support safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards and participate in audits and inspections
• Maintain accurate material traceability and proper lot/serial control
