Job summary

Incora is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders in line with AS and ISO standards.

You will lead a team, mentor staff, maintain QA documentation, and collaborate with Quality, Customer Service, and Sales to meet customer expectations; forklift operation and data entry are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years warehousing experience in aerospace or equivalent
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate less‑experienced staff
• Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, troubleshoot and resolve warehouse issues
• Excellent data entry and documentation skills
• Proficient with MS Office and warehouse data systems
• Forklift certification and current license preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations and troubleshoot issues
• Oversee receiving, put-away, cycle counts, picking, packing and shipping
• Maintain accurate records and QA documentation for AS/ISO standards
• Coordinate with Quality, Customer Service and Sales on product issues
• Mentor and train junior staff and ensure safety standards are met
